The first posters about the first tournament we are having are up at the Wagga Boat Club, Tackleworld Wagga Wagga, Compleat Angler Wagga and BCF Wagga. Entry forms will be available at these locations and on the our web page early next week. Boat show and shine 4pm on Friday 12th August at the Wagga Boat Club. Fishing 8am to 4pm on Saturday 13th on Lake Albert.

Anglers For Fish Habitat was founded by Luke Wilson on the 8th March, 2016 with the vision to improve some local waterways. Luke has been questioning for years with all these local fishing comps where does the money end up? Some small donations go here and there to local charities in return for their assistance in running the comps or it may go to a organisation that has no direct ties with fishing or in some cases the money cannot be accounted for…..
So why not run some fishing events that actually support the sport and past time that is being used to raise funds? It was from this simple thought process and noticing some waterways in need that helped get the organisation up and running. So after approaching some other passionate local anglers and some business people Anglers For Fish Habitat was established.
